Membership
The Human Resource Committee shall be comprised of the president and the chair of the finance committee. For human resource committee duties described at subsection (a)(4) of Section 2-64, the trustee chairing the committee having supervisory authority over the position to be filled through the described hiring process shall serve as a third voting member of the human resource committee.
Meetings
The committee meets monthly. Check the Village Meeting Calendar for the next meeting.
