Pay To Park

Pay Station parking is in effect from April 15 through October 15, seven days per week from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. The pay station charge is $ $2.00 per hour, Monday – Thursday and $3.50 per hour, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.  If you park in any of the metered spaces, you must pay for parking unless you have a current Village of Fontana parking pass.

Parking can be paid for using the Passport Parking App which can be downloaded for either Iphone or Android. Vehicle parking select zone 8601. Boat trailer parking select zone 8602.

If you wish to contest a parking citation you must file a Parking Ticket Request for Trial Form  with the Police Department within 10 business days for a hearing.  Please return that form or submit one HERE. Please note that if contesting a parking citation and found guilty by the court,  there will be a $33 court cost fee assessed.

Resident Parking Passes (F Sticker)

Your Resident Parking Pass (F Sticker) must be attached to the lower driver side of your windshield and must be clearly visible from the exterior of the vehicle. Parking passes left on the dash or affixed to other surfaces other than the windshield will be ticketed, NO EXCEPTIONS.

The stickers are not transferable from vehicle to vehicle.

If your vehicle has a valid Resident Parking Pass (F Sticker), there is no charge for parking in the pay to park spaces, indicated below in yellow.

Employee Parking Stickers

Your Employee Parking Pass (EMP Sticker) must be attached to the lower driver side of your windshield and must be clearly visible from the exterior of the vehicle. Parking passes left on the dash or affixed to other surfaces other than the windshield will be ticketed, NO EXCEPTIONS.

The stickers are not transferable from vehicle to vehicle.

If your vehicle has a valid Fontana Employee Parking Pass (EMP Sticker), you are allowed to park in Lot 2 and Lot 3, indicated below in yellow.

Winter Parking

Winter Parking ordinance 74-301. are in effect from November 1st – April 1st.  No vehicle may be parked on a public roadway or parking lot between 2am – 6am.
