PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a Public Hearing will be held on Monday, August 25, 2025, beginning at 5:00 p.m, before the Plan Commission at the Fontana Village Hall, 175 Valley View Drive, Fontana, WI, for an opportunity for public testimony on the Zoning code Amendment to Repeal and Recreate Section 18-93(3), Size Regulations for Existing Substandard Lots and the Zoning code Amendment to Ordinance 18-108(f)(4) Development Regulations within the Environmental Corridor District.
The proposed Ordinances are available for review at Fontana Village Hall during regular office hours Monday through Friday or a copy may be requested by emailing villageclerk@vi.fontana.wi.gov.
